Dropbox update:

 The dropbox located on the west side of the building at the drive-up window will be closed starting mid-March. Please continue to use the dropbox inside City Hall, or one of our other convenient ways to make a payment. Please visit the "Payment Options" section to view different payment options. COVID-19 Notice

Effective Monday, January 11, 2021, the Utility Billing Office located at 20 N 6th St will reopen to the public. Office hours are from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Customers visiting the office will be asked to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. We will not accept payments in the office. Please continue to use one of several convenient ways to make a payment. All payments can be made online by clicking the Make A Payment icon, by mail to PO Box 1688, Lafayette, IN, 47902-1688, by phone at 833-252-1659, or by placing a payment in one of the two drop boxes at City Hall in the ally located west of the building or inside the south entrance doors by the police station. If you need to apply for service, please go to the "Apply for Service" section on this page.

United Way of Greater Lafayette has created a new Housing & Stability Hotline as a response to COVID-19. This hotline helps in assisting those who may need help with a variety of difficulties, including rent, mortgage and utility payments. You may call or text 765-201-0668 or go to https://www.uwlafayette.org/housing to fill out their online form and find a list of agencies that may be able to help.
