-During 1993, 1994, and 1995, the Water Works Plant went through a major upgrade of it's facilities.
-Four new 1400 gallon per minute wells were developed at our Glick well field, along with an existing well being completely reconditioned.
-A new free spanning aluminum cover was installed over our five million gallon in ground reservoir at Columbian Park.

-In 2014, our Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) was replaced using state of the art fiber optic conductivity.
-In 2019 Lafayette Water Works was approved to build a new 2 million gallon composite water tower and a 3 million gallon underground reservoir.
