Looking for a PAW-some place to exercise your dog and meet new friends? Lafayette is home to TWO amazing facilities - SHAMROCK DOG PARK, located just south of Lafayette's downtown in Shamrock Park and MCPAW DOG PARK, located on the east side in McCaw Park. Access to both dog parks is included with a Dog Park Membership purchase.
Memberships are required for use of Lafayette Parks' Dog Park facilities, and can be purchased through our online registration portal. Memberships are $65 per year and cover up to 3 dogs. Each additional dog is $15 per year.
NOTE: Once your membership is validated, you will receive an email to pick up your key fob(s) at 1915 Scott Street during regular business hours. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Thank you!

Shamrock Dog Park
Located adjacent to the Wabash River, and just minutes from downtown Lafayette, the attractive, tree-lined setting provides park patrons and their dogs with three large fenced areas for large dogs and one fenced area for small dogs. Park users will find a safe facility to exercise their canine companions, as well as socialize with other dog owners.
McPaw Dog Park
McPaw Dog Park features four separate paddocks for dogs of all sizes as well as one paddock for small dogs. The all-dog paddocks include a spray pad feature, pond, doggy playground, and other dog play elements. Ample shade and seating is available throughout the dog park.
