But it never fails - whenever we post a new show or remind you when tickets go on sale, someone comments with an opportunity to buy their tickets. Just a reminder that tickets for performances at the Long Center, the Lafayette Theater, or Loeb Stadium should only be purchased at longpac.org. Ticket-selling scammers use sad stories or a sense of urgency as bait to steal your money or compromise your credit card. The scammer usually sells fake tickets - you pay for a ticket that never shows up, or is fake or a duplicate. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Protect yourself!
