Little Libraries

There are several Little Libraries in the Lafayette Parks system. These libraries were generously donated and painted by the MOMS Club of West Lafayette, and were constructed by Wabash Valley Cabinet Company. An additional 8 Little Libraries were constructed and donated in 2020 thanks to a partnership between United Way of Greater Lafayette, Women United, and the Purdue Student Chapter of the National Home-builders Association. You can volunteer to help maintain one of these new Little Libraries here.

These libraries are designed to hold books for all ages, from board books to adult, and provide 24/7 access to free literacy materials.

The Lafayette Parks Department hopes to add additional Little Free Libraries to other park locations in the future.
